Conditions of Eligibility
General Terms and Conditions

1.Promotion period: The Product Cashback Reward promotion (the “Promotion”) commences on 15 June 2026 and will continue until anytime terminated by PU Prime in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “Promotion Period”).

a.The Promotion operates on consecutive fourteen (14)-calendar-day cycles (each a “Biweekly Cycle”). Each Biweekly Cycle shall commence and end at the times determined by reference to PU Prime’s server time.
b.Each Eligible Client may participate in the Promotion once per Biweekly Cycle and may participate again in each subsequent Biweekly Cycle, subject to satisfying all applicable eligibility and participation requirements for that Biweekly Cycle.
c.Each Biweekly Cycle shall be treated as a separate and independent assessment period. At the commencement of each new Biweekly Cycle, all deposit and trading-volume eligibility calculations for the preceding Biweekly Cycle shall reset to zero. Qualifying deposits, trading volume, incomplete trading-volume increments and any other unfulfilled eligibility criteria from a previous Biweekly Cycle shall not be carried forward, accumulated or applied towards the eligibility requirements of a subsequent Biweekly Cycle.
d.PU Prime reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.Promotion areas:

a.The Promotion is available only to eligible clients in countries or regions designated by PU Prime from time to time, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and the applicable laws or regulations.
b.The Promotion is available only to selected clients and is not available in any jurisdiction in which trading incentives, bonus promotions or similar promotional arrangements are restricted or prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
c.PU Prime reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or withdraw the Promotion, or to decline participation or any related deposits and trading activity, where necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3.Eligible clients: Both existing and new clients of PU Prime are eligible to participate in this Promotion, subject to the fulfillment of all the eligibility criteria as set out under these Terms and Conditions.

4.Eligible account types: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account

a.The Promotion is available across all trading platforms supported by PU Prime, subject to the eligible account types, eligible products and other requirements under these Terms and Condition.
b.PU Prime reserves the right to remove or designate additional account types as eligible at any time, at its sole discretion.
c.If an eligible client has multiple eligible accounts, the qualifying deposits and eligible trading activity of all such accounts may be aggregated for the purpose of calculating eligibility and cashback within the same Biweekly Cycle, provided that the accounts belong to the same eligible client and satisfy all applicable requirements.
d.Aggregation of accounts does not increase the maximum cashback payable to an eligible client. The maximum cashback limit applies per eligible client as set out below, rather than per account or trading platform, for each Biweekly Cycle.

5.Participation and Cashback requirements:

a.The client must first successfully opt-in this Promotion through the designated Promotion page in the client portal or APP before any deposits or trading activity may qualify for the Promotion;
b.After successfully opt-in, in each Biweekly Cycle throughout the Promotion Period, the eligible client must make qualifying new deposits totaling at least USD 200, or the equivalent in another currency (“Qualifying Deposits”).;
c.The Qualifying Deposits apply separately to every Biweekly Cycle. Meeting the Qualifying Deposits requirement in one Biweekly Cycle does not satisfy the requirement for any subsequent Biweekly Cycle;
d.For every $1,000,000 USD notional volume traded, the eligible client will earn up to USD $500 cashback depending on product type;
e.Cashback will be credited for every USD $100,000 in notional trading volume completed; and
f.Each eligible client is capped at USD $1,000 in cashback redemption for each biweekly cycle.
g.Only qualifying deposits and eligible trading activity occurring after successful participation in the Promotion during the Promotion Period and within the applicable Biweekly Cycle will be taken into account, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
h.Only newly opened and closed positions held for more than 5 minutes will qualify, provided that all other applicable eligibility requirements are met.
i.PU Prime may, on its absolute discretion update the eligible products and applicable cashback rates for each future Biweekly Cycles. Clients are required to log in to the Client Portal/App to view the eligible product symbols for each biweekly cycle, as the selected product symbols and cashback amount may be updated.

6. For the purposes of this promotion, all amounts are denominated in U.S. Dollars (or the equivalent in local currency) and will be settled based on the end-of-day (EOD) exchange rate, as determined by PU Prime’s server time.

7. The Client may select any of their eligible trading accounts to receive the cashback reward. Once the receiving account has been selected and confirmed, the selection shall be final and cannot be changed to another account for the relevant Biweekly Cycle. The cashback reward shall be credited to the selected eligible trading account within a reasonable period of time, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

8.Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee that a client will receive cashback. Cashback is payable only where the applicable minimum deposit, eligible trading-volume thresholds and all other requirements have been satisfied. PU Prime reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject claims that do not meet these requirements.

1.Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to PU Prime’s Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the Promotion (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter.

2.The Promotion may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites. Notwithstanding the above, all clients must satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions to participate in the Promotion.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the Promotion to any Client(s) from any country/region, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the Promotion is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). You cannot participate in the Promotion if you are a minor.

5.Participation in the promotion must be conducted using accounts that are genuinely owned and operated by the participant. The following activities are strictly regulated:

a.The use of purchased, rented, borrowed, or otherwise non-personally owned accounts to participate in the promotion is strictly prohibited.
b.Where it is determined that one individual or group exercises control over multiple accounts, including but not limited to shared devices, identical or highly correlated IP addresses, similar trading behavior, fund transfers between accounts, or coordinated trading strategies, PU Prime reserves the right to deem such accounts as being under a single controlling entity.
c.Any deposit or trading manipulation, order fraud, wash trading, volume inflation, arbitrage, or other deceptive or abusive practice intended to influence or circumvent the requirements or outcome of this Promotion;
d.Family members or related parties may participate in this promotion, provided that each account is independently operated, funded, and controlled, and there is no indication of coordinated activity or unified control.
e.PU Prime reserves the right to investigate any accounts suspected of breaching these Terms and Conditions and to make the final determination at its sole discretion. In the event of any violation, PU Prime reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) and forfeit any associated Cashback.

1.These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to, and do not replace, the Client Agreement.

2.Participation in the promotion is exclusively open to clients who meet all the Eligibility criteria as set out in this Terms and Conditions.

3.All Cashback issued through this Promotion are decided by PU Prime at its sole discretion.

4.In the event of duplicate submissions, submission of inaccurate or falsified information, suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, PU Prime may cancel, modify, or reverse any rewards or promotional incentives and withdraw the eligibility of any participant at its absolute discretion. Furthermore, PU Prime reserves the right to disqualify, decline or reject any subscription to the promotion or participant, at any stage of the promotion, without prior notice or liability to any individual.

5.New deposits do not include the funds transfer between the accounts under the same name (internal transfer) and the fund transfer from the commission account, refer friends bonus, funds to make up the exchange difference, or cash adjustments.

6.This promotion is open to both new and existing PU Prime clients. By participating in this promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and PU Prime’s General Terms and Conditions.

7.By opening a new account and/or participating in this promotion, the client acknowledges they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and PU Prime’s Client Agreement.

8.The Promotion applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and the granted Cashback may be used for trading purposes only.

9.PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the Promotion; and disqualify any participant in the Promotion who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

10. PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue offering this Promotion to any of its clients without explaining the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

11.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion, the Terms and Conditions, or any aspect of it at any time without compensating anyone for that. Clients will be given prior notice of such changes. Please note that taking part in the Promotion constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

12.Any indication or suspicion, in PU Prime’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with PU Prime, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, PU Prime shall not be liable for any consequences of the promotion cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

13.If a trading account becomes Archived, terminated, or suspended for the reasons set out in the Client Agreement, in these Terms & Conditions or as described on our website or portal, PU Prime may, at its sole discretion, cancel and withdraw all Cashback previously awarded or posted to the respective Eligible Client’s real account with PU Prime, with immediate effect.14. Taking part in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on PU Prime’s website.

14.The Promotion is available for a limited period only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the Promotion is mentioned to be a part of.

15.In the event of any suspicion of lock-up or hedging positions, PU Prime reserves the right to refuse the issuance of Cashback or reclaim the distributed Cashback.

16.In the event that these terms and conditions of the Promotion are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall take precedence in case of any conflicting interpretations.

17.PU Prime’s determination of all matters in connection with the Promotion and the Cashback shall be final, binding and conclusive. No appeal, correspondence or claims will be entertained. PU Prime has the right and discretion to determine whether a Client has met the requirements of the Promotion and/or to receive the Cashback. Eligible Clients shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation whatsoever or howsoever arising as a result of such amendment, suspension or termination.

18.This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Cashback promotion.

19.PU Prime’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion is limited to the stated value of the Cashback to which the claim relates. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

20.PU Prime is not liable for any delay in, or failure of, performance of the Promotion caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including any force majeure events.

21.Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of the Promotion and will be processed in accordance with PU Prime’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

22.These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the governing law provisions set out in the Client Service Agreement entered into between the Eligible Client and the relevant Company entity through which the Eligible Client is onboarded. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall first be resolved through the parties' reasonable endeavors to reach an amicable resolution through good faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days (or such other period as the parties may agree in writing) from the date one party gives written notice of the dispute to the other, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the Client Service Agreement entered into between the Eligible Client and the relevant Company entity.

23.If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

24.This promotion is intended solely for marketing purposes and should not be construed as investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to participate in any specific trading strategy or activity. PU Prime does not offer personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or discretionary trading services as part of this promotion.

25.The Promotion shall also not be construed or used, directly or indirectly, as an inducement to encourage clients to increase the frequency or size of their trading activity, or to trade in any manner inconsistent with the client's own investment objectives, risk profile, or best interests.

26.All trading decisions made by participants are entirely their own responsibility. Trading leveraged derivative products, such as Forex and CFDs, carries a high level of risk, and may result in losses that exceed the initial capital invested. Participants should carefully consider their financial situation, trading experience, and risk tolerance before engaging in any trading activity.

27.Participation in the promotion does not reduce or eliminate the risks associated with trading leveraged financial products. Meeting the promotion’s criteria should not be interpreted as an incentive or encouragement to increase exposure or trading activity. Participants are encouraged to seek independent financial or professional advice before participating.
