General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the "Gold Trading Draw" promotion ("Promotion") offered by PU Prime. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs, together with PU Prime's Client Agreement available and General Terms and Conditions on PU Prime's website.

1.Promotion area: MENA region

2.Promotion period: 1 September 2026 00:00:00 to 20 September 2026 23:59:59 (System Time)

3.Eligible account types: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account*

*This offer is eligible for all trading platforms.

*If an eligible participant has multiple eligible accounts, the data of all eligible participating accounts during the promotion will be combined and calculated.

4.Participation requirements:

a.The client needs to activate this promotion on the Promotion page within their client portal or APP first;
b.After activation, the client must deposit accumulative of at least $100 USD (or currency equivalent) to be eligible for the promotion;
c.For every $1,000,000 USD notional volume traded, clients will earn 1 lucky draw ticket.

^ Only orders newly opened and closed within the promotion period, held for more than 5 minutes will be counted as valid.

^ Product limited to Gold and 24/7 Gold.

5.Gold Trading Draw Rewards: Ten (10) winners will each receive a 10g PU limited edition Gold Bar. The winners will be notified via email by 21 September 2026.

6.Important Prize Collection Terms:

a.Winners must collect their prize in person at the PU Prime booth during Forex Expo Dubai, held from 22 – 23 September 2026.
b.Prize collection is only available during the designated award ceremony time.
c.Winners who fail to attend and collect their prize within the specified collection period will forfeit the prize.
d.No cash alternative, proxy collection, or shipping will be provided.

7.By participating in the Gold Trading Draw and accepting the prize, each winner hereby expressly gives consent to PU Prime:

a.May publicly announce their name and details of their participation in the promotion on the websites or any other publication, social media, etc.
b.Use a photo of the contestant in any appropriate manner and publication that PU Prime decides to use, without any recourse or compensation, and grants PU Prime the rights to the use of such photo for PU Prime's promotional activities purpose for the duration of the Promotion and a reasonable period thereafter. The winner retains the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting PU Prime, after which PU Prime will cease further use of the photo within a reasonable time.
c.If you refuse to participate in any of the above redemption rules, PU Prime reserves the right to withhold the issuing of rewards.

1.Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to PU Prime’s Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter.

2.The “Gold Trading Draw” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who have opened real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Gold Trading Draw” to any Client(s) from any country/region, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Gold Trading Draw”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Gold Trading Draw” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). You cannot participate in the “Gold Trading Draw” if you are a minor.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Gold Trading Draw” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Gold Trading Draw” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Gold Trading Draw”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Gold Trading Draw”, including, without limitation:

a.family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Gold Trading Draw”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Gold Trading Draw”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Gold Trading Draw”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or who operate or administer the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Gold Trading Draw” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

1.All rewards issued through this “Gold Trading Draw” promotion are decided by PU Prime at its sole discretion.

2.In the event of duplicate submissions, submission of inaccurate or falsified information, suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, PU Prime may cancel, modify, or reverse any rewards or promotional incentives and withdraw the eligibility of any participant at its absolute discretion. Furthermore, PU Prime reserves the right to disqualify, decline or reject any subscription to the promotion or participant, at any stage of the promotion, without prior notice or liability to any individual.

3.New deposits do not include the funds transfer between the accounts under the same name (internal transfer) and the fund transfer from the commission account, refer friends bonus, funds to make up the exchange difference, or cash adjustments.

4.This promotion is open to both existing PU Prime clients. By participating in this promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and PU Prime’s General Terms and Conditions.

5.By participating in this promotion, the client acknowledges they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and PU Prime’s Client Agreement.

6.The “Gold Trading Draw” applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and the granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

7.PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the “Gold Trading Draw”; and disqualify any participant in the “Gold Trading Draw” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

8.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue offering this “Gold Trading Draw” to any of its clients without explaining the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

9.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Gold Trading Draw” or any aspect of it at any time without compensating anyone for that. Clients will be given prior notice of such changes. Please note that taking part in the “Gold Trading Draw” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

10.Any indication or suspicion, in PU Prime’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with PU Prime, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, PU Prime shall not be liable for any consequences of the promotion cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

11.If a trading account becomes Dormant all previously awarded trading bonus (es) will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Client real account with PU Prime.

12.Taking part in the “Gold Trading Draw” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on PU Prime’s website.

13.The “Gold Trading Draw” is available for a limited period only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Gold Trading Draw” is mentioned to be a part of.

14.In the event of any suspicion of lock-up or hedging positions, PU Prime reserves the right to refuse the issuance of rewards, or reclaim the distributed rewards.

15.In the event that these terms and conditions of the “Gold Trading Draw” are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall take precedence in case of any conflicting interpretations.

16.This Promotion is intended solely for engagement purposes and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a suggestion to trade any specific instrument. Participation in this Promotion should not influence your trading decisions. You are not suggested to increase your trading volume, frequency, or leverage solely to qualify for a lucky draw ticket or reward. Trading should be based on your own investment objectives and risk appetite, not on Promotion eligibility. Clients should not trade, increase their trading volume, use additional leverage, or open or close positions solely or primarily for the purpose of obtaining lucky draw entries or rewards under this promotion.

17.Winning a prize under this Promotion depends on chance and the total number of tickets issued during the Promotion Period. There is no guarantee of winning, regardless of trading volume achieved.

18.The trading platform referenced in this Promotion is operated by a PU Prime entity licensed outside the UAE, and is not regulated by the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA). Accounts and funds held on this platform are not protected under UAE regulations. PU Prime Financial Services LLC is licensed by the CMA under Category 5 for Introduction and Promotion activities, and does not operate this platform, execute trades, or hold client funds.
