General Terms and Conditions

1.Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to PU Prime’s Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter.

2.The “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” to any Client(s) from any country/region, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). You cannot participate in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” if you are a minor.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)”, including, without limitation:

a.family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

3.Eligible clients: Both new and existing clients under Thailand Team
*IBs own trading account can participate in this promotion. But if the IB applies for other promotions for IB, the data of his/her own trading account will be excluded.

4.Eligible Accounts: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Standard Cent Account, Islamic Standard Cent Account
*Eligible account types in MT4 / MT5 trading platforms are all applicable for this promotion.
*If there are multiple trading accounts under the same client’s name, all eligible trading accounts can participate in this promotion, and the system will count the deposit of the accounts based on the client’s ID.

5.Clients will need to opt in via the following Google Form (https://forms.gle/3Zs5fscCrPa4e11i6) if they wish to participate in the Exclusive Gift Promotion.

6.During the promotion, clients must meet the required thresholds for both new deposits and trading volume within each tier to qualify for the prize. Clients can apply to receive the corresponding gifts, after the promotion ends. Each client can only redeem one gift.

7.Trading volume is calculated based on the accumulated trading lots completed during the promotion time (1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025), and clients can apply to receive the corresponding gifts within the redemption period (1 July 2025 to 20 October 2025).
*If clients do not redeem gifts within the specified redemption period, it will be considered that the client waives the right to receive the gift.
*If the client wants to redeem the gift in advance, please contact the account manager to follow up. Once the gift redemption is completed, the promotion is considered to be over.

8.Only the following trading instruments are allowed for this promotion: Forex, Gold, Silver, Crude Oil spot, Crude Oil Future, or BTCUSD.

9.The newly opened and closed orders, and orders with positions held for less than one (1) minute are not valid lots.

10.The local sales team will be responsible for the purchase of gifts.

11.If the product cannot be purchased due to force majeure factors such as being removed from the shelves or out of stock, the client will receive the Alternative Cash Reward amount.

12.Clients may opt to have a Cash Prize instead of the Gift Prize. The value of Cash Prize will be based on the Alternative Cash Reward value as stated in the table above. The Cash Prize will be in the form of payment to the client's designated trading account in PU Prime.

13.Prizes will be shipped within one month from the date the client requests for gift redemption.

14.PU Prime will bear the cost of purchasing goods and tax (included in the price), and the winners will be responsible for shipping tax and insurance.

1.Malicious fraud will result in disqualification from the promotion. The definition of malicious fraud:

a.Using other people's accounts to maliciously increase trading volume regardless of risks, resulting in huge losses in the account;
b.Take advantage of industry technical loopholes to generate a large number of invalid orders.

2.PU Prime protects the privacy and security of its customers. PU Prime reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and any related rules and terms at any time, as well as the right of final interpretation. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

3.In the event of any suspicion of lock-up or hedging positions, PU Prime reserves the right to refuse the issuance of rewards or reclaim the distributed rewards.

4.All rewards issued through this “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” are decided by PU Prime at its sole discretion.

5.In the event of duplicate submissions, submission of inaccurate or falsified information, suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, PU Prime may cancel, modify, or reverse any rewards or promotional incentives and withdraw the eligibility of any participant at its absolute discretion. Furthermore, PU Prime reserves the right to disqualify, decline or reject any subscription to the promotion or participant, at any stage of the promotion, without prior notice or liability to any individual.

6.New deposits do not include the funds transfer between the accounts under the same name (internal transfer) and the fund transfer from the commission account, refer friends bonus, funds to make up the exchange difference, or cash adjustments.

7.Transfers between accounts and trading volumes resulting from internal transfers will not be counted towards the deposit amount and trading lot count.

8.The number of trading lots resulting from using credits will not be counted towards the promotion.

9.This promotion is open to both new and existing PU Prime clients. By participating in this promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and PU Prime’s General Terms and Conditions.

10.By opening a new account and/or participating in this promotion, the client acknowledges they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and PU Prime’s Client Agreement.

11.The “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and the granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

12.PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)”; and disqualify any participant in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

13.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue offering this “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” to any of its clients without explaining the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

14.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” or any aspect of it at any time without compensating anyone for that. Clients will be given prior notice of such changes. Please note that taking part in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

15.Any indication or suspicion, in PU Prime’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with PU Prime, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, PU Prime shall not be liable for any consequences of the promotion cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

16.If a trading account becomes dormant all previously awarded reward(s) will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Client real account with PU Prime.

17.Taking part in the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on PU Prime’s website.

18.The “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” is available for a limited period only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)” is mentioned to be a part of.

19.In the event that these terms and conditions of the "Exclusive Gift Promotion (Thailand)" are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall take precedence in case of any conflicting interpretations.

20.This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with First Deposit Cashback promotion, 100% Cash Rebate promotion, Crypto Cashback promotion. If clients participated in any one of these promotions from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, they are ineligible for this promotion.
