Existing App Users
Our PU Prime Application would be undergoing a server upgrade between 4 March 00:00 hrs. (GMT+2) to 5 March 12:00 hrs. (GMT+2) to provide an enhanced trading environment.
Access to PU Prime Applications would not be available during the hours mentioned above. Clients are still able to use the following alternative trading platforms:
–MT4 Mobile Application
–PU Prime Webtrader (accessible on desktop or mobile)
–MT4 Client Terminal in PC.
We encourage clients to make proper arrangements in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that deposit, withdrawal, data searching functions and account opening applications would still be available via the Client Portal. Additionally, the cryptocurrency market would remain open as usual during the upgrading period.
Non-App Users (Web trader, Client Terminal, etc.)
Please note that after the downtime, as mentioned above, you may download and try out PU Prime APP anytime at your convenience.
